Positioning

A dual perspective: lawyer and former HR Director

Ten years advising employers in Paris business law firms, followed by two years running the HR department of a scale-up. That combination shapes every recommendation: it must be legally sound, operationally realistic and immediately actionable.

The firm acts for employers, executives and international groups with French operations. Typical engagements include day-to-day HR counsel, individual and collective terminations, negotiations with works councils and unions, URSSAF audits, labor court litigation, restructurings and cross-border compliance.

Notes are short, structured and executable — typically one to three pages with a clear action plan.

Areas of practice

How I help international employers

  • Day-to-day HR counsel

employment contracts · pay · working time · health & safety · legal watch

  • Individual & collective disputes

discipline & dismissals · labor court defense · works council negotiations · URSSAF audits

  • Negotiations & restructurings

mutual terminations · executive exit packages · collective redundancies · transfers of business

  • Training

works councils · harassment prevention · terminations · labor inspection

Cross-border

Working with an international HQ

English with headquarters, French on the ground. All communication with the parent company — memos, calls, negotiation strategy — is handled directly in English. On the French side, employees, works councils, labor inspectors and courts are addressed in French with documents that meet local formal requirements.

One point of contact. A single lawyer stays on the file from first call to closing, so HQ never has to re-explain the context. Local counsel, notaries or payroll providers are coordinated when needed, without adding intermediaries between you and the file.

Predictable fees. Engagements are quoted up front: monthly retainer for ongoing HR counsel, fixed fee for negotiated departures, capped or milestone-based fee for labor court claims. No surprise invoices at year-end.
